Lacuno Cloud hosts websites that our customers publish on *.lacuno.site and on their own domains. This page explains how to report illegal content or misuse of Lacuno, and what we do with reports, as the EU Digital Services Act requires of hosting services.

Point of contact

Report content with the form at app.lacuno.io/abuse or by email to mail@chrisweiler.at. The same address is our point of contact for authorities and for users of the service. We answer in German or English.

What a report needs

1. The exact address (URL) of the content.

2. Why it is illegal or breaks our Terms of Service, explained clearly enough for us to see it.

3. Your name and email address. You may report child sexual abuse material anonymously.

4. A statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

You get a reference number right away, and by email if you gave one.

What happens next

• A person reviews every report, without undue delay, and child sexual abuse material at once.

• If the content is illegal or breaks our terms, we suspend the site, or every site of the workspace in serious or repeated cases. Visitors then see a notice instead of the site. Nothing is deleted.

• The site's owner gets an email with our reasons: what we restricted, the facts, whether a report led to it, the legal or contractual ground, that no automated system decided, and how to contest it. They can reply to contest the decision, and both sides can go to court.

• We tell the person who reported what we decided.

• We inform the police where content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety.

We end the contract of customers who repeatedly publish illegal content or seriously break our terms.
